All good dreams go to bed...

Being the youngest in the family isn't too bad when you have big brothers (and sisters) to watch over you.

Psyk's especially thankful for the family he found in Flux Studios. When he lost his Dreamer*, he went through a long long time of depression. His child-like mind was incapable of making sense of what happened. He was shuffled from one Studio to another, finally ending up in Flux where they specialize in caring for young people and children.

It's a lonely world if you don't know anyone outside your dream-bubble**. So it's an immense comfort to discover someone like Squid... who seems to understand exactly what he is going through.

* Dreamer: Any conscious being in the Real World that is capable of dreaming.

** Dream Bubble: Floating spheres that separate one Dreamer from another. Dreamers are confined to their own bubble.

There have been anomalies and freak accidents in the past where Bubbles have merged, collided or popped. Those incidents have had disastrous resulted that have left the Dreamers subconsciously scarred. Dream Agents have taken pains to analyze and understand these phenomenon so as to preempt such incidents and prevent them from happening.

General Information:

Flux Studios is one of the 24 Dream Studios in the Dream State. Studios are assigned Dreamers, from the Real World, to watch over. Each Studio has 1 Sandman and a minimum of 2 Dream Agents. An assortment of other Dream Creatures would be found there too, depending on the situation and Studio rules. Some Studios allow Dream Creatures to stay in the Studios for free or provided they work in the Studios. Others do not allow Creatures to enter at all for security reasons.
